Community Corrections 

Provides intensive supervision and surveillance for adult and juvenile 0ffenders who would otherwise be incarcerated in State facilities. Funding is from the Kansas Department of Corrections and the Juvenile Justice Authority. Intensive supervision is the cornerstone of Community Corrections. For offenders, this includes frequent face to face meetings with case managers. It also includes routine drug testing, surveillance-including evenings and weekends, community service, and regular contacts with other community agencies that provide offender services such as counseling, drug and alcohol rehabilitation,etc. The director of Community Correction is Annie Grevas.
