How to Become a Registered User of the Saline County Property Data Website
Saline County maintains a database of all property characteristics for all real estate parcels in the county. This data includes land information such as parcel size in either frontage and depth, square footage, or acreage. We also maintain data about the improvements to the land for both residential and commercial properties. This data is accessible to all users of the Saline County website.
In addition to the above mentioned data, we maintain sales information for properties that have had deeds recorded in the Saline County Register of Deeds Office. This sales information is not an open public record, but is accessible to certain individuals as provided by Kansas State Statute. K.S.A. 79-1437 provides that the sales information is open to the following individuals.
A. State and County Officials in the performance of their official duties.
B. Licensed or Certified Appraisers
C. Financial Institutions
D. Licensed Real Estate Salespersons and Brokers.
If you are a Licensed or Certified Appraiser, Financial Institution, or a Licensed Real Estate Salesperson or Broker, Saline County will provide you with access to all property data and sales data for a fee of $250.00 per year. If you meet these criteria, and wish to be granted access, contact
